How do I get on a list to know what condominiums are coming up for sale?
We have a dedicated team of Realtors that specialize in all condos in downtown Grand Rapids. Connect with us so we know what you are looking for and we will be sure let you know when a new listing is coming up!

How many parking spaces come with each home?
Every single condominium has 2 covered/attached parking spaces. Parking fee applies. Your guests will also have a place to park in the attached Bridgewater parking ramp.
Is there any extra storage space available?
Yes, every condominium includes a storage space in the lower level. These spaces are private and enclosed. There is also an additional bike storage area as well.
When can I move in?
River House has immediate occupancy condominiums available.
What about security?
In addition to the 24-hour security guard, each of the elevators, the parking garage, stairwells and common areas have key card access only.
Are pets welcome at River House?
Yes, pets are allowed.
What are the estimated property taxes?
River House is located in the City of Grand Rapids and the millage rate is approximately 29.9318 for primary and 47.9318 for non-primary residence.
How much money down is required to purchase at River House?

What are the association dues?
$.3625 per square foot per month. This includes water, sewer, trash, 24-hour security, and use of all the amenities. The only utilities you are responsible for are phone, cable, and electricity.
Can I walk downtown?
Yes, the center of downtown is just a short 6 minute walk and you can access the internal skywalk that is heated in less then 2 minutes. Grand Rapids is a very safe, secure and walkable city.
